Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Platform. The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in planning and booking travel for yourself and the people traveling with you.

Some features require a WANDR client account. When you create or use an account, you agree to:

• provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete, and keep it up to date;
• keep your sign-in credentials confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
• accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account; and
• notify us promptly at info@wandrtrvl.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Information about other travelers. If you provide information about other people in your travel party, such as names, dates of birth, passport details, or loyalty program numbers, you confirm that you have their permission to do so, that you have made them aware of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you are responsible for the accuracy of that information.

Suspension and deletion. We may suspend or disable your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting info@wandrtrvl.com. We will handle deletion requests as described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain certain records where required by law or where needed to service an active booking.

Content, itineraries, proposals, pricing, and recommendations presented on the Platform, including those prepared with AI assistance, are provided for planning and informational purposes. Nothing on the Platform is a confirmed booking or a binding offer until you receive a written booking confirmation under our Booking Conditions.

If these Terms conflict with the Booking Conditions on any matter relating to a booking, the Booking Conditions control.

Prices shown on the Platform, including "From" prices, are indicative starting prices per person based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise. They are subject to availability, travel dates, season, party size, and changes in supplier pricing. Final pricing, taxes, and fees are confirmed by your advisor in your quote.

We work to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time. If an error affects a confirmed booking, the Booking Conditions apply. Any currency conversions shown are estimates for convenience only.

How we use AI. WANDR uses artificial intelligence, including large language models provided by third-party technology providers, to help create destination content, draft itineraries and proposals, and support our advisors' work. Some itineraries and proposals shared with you in your account may be drafted with AI assistance.

Human review. A WANDR advisor reviews itineraries and proposals before they are shared with you. Pricing, availability, and bookings are confirmed by your advisor with the relevant suppliers before you are asked to approve or pay.

Transparency. Where you interact directly with an AI-powered feature, such as a chat or voice assistant, we will tell you that you are interacting with AI.

Limitations. AI-assisted content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is not a substitute for independently verifying critical details, including entry and visa requirements, health and vaccination guidance, government travel advisories, and supplier terms.

Your inputs. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, such as health information, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers, into an AI-powered feature unless we specifically request it through a designated secure field. We process your inputs and the resulting outputs to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not train our own AI models, and our third-party AI providers are contractually restricted from using your information to train their models.

Use of AI-assisted content. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-assisted content we share with you for your own travel planning.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• submit false or fraudulent inquiries, bookings, or payment information;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• access, monitor, copy, or scrape any part of the Platform using robots, spiders, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated or manual means, except as we expressly permit;
• use any Platform content, including itineraries, curation, descriptions, images, or pricing, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, or to build a competing product, service, or dataset;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our supplier relationships, pricing logic, AI agent architecture, prompts, or system instructions;
• attempt to manipulate, "jailbreak," or inject instructions into any AI-powered feature, or cause it to produce unlawful, harmful, or misleading output;
• circumvent or interfere with any security feature, bot-detection measure, rate limit, access control, or robot exclusion header;
• introduce viruses or other malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• frame, mirror, or deep link to the Platform in a way that suggests our endorsement, or use our names, logos, or trademarks without our written permission; or
• upload content that infringes anyone's rights or that you are not authorized to share.

"Submissions" means the documents, passport copies, messages, preferences, photos, and other information you provide through the Platform. You keep ownership of your Submissions.

You grant WANDR, our service providers, and the suppliers fulfilling your travel a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, use, and share your Submissions only as needed to operate the Platform, service your inquiries and bookings, and comply with law, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to provide each Submission.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Platform, we may use them without any obligation to you.

All content, branding, design, software, curation, and AI agent architecture on the Platform are the property of JBM Ventures Group LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. WANDR TRVL, WANDR, and our logos are trademarks of JBM Ventures Group LLC.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform as we present it, for the purposes described in these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact info@wandrtrvl.com with a description of the work, its location on the Platform, and your contact details.

Travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, such as destination management companies, lodges, hotels, airlines, and ground operators, not by WANDR. Each supplier's own terms and conditions apply to the services it provides, as described in our Booking Conditions.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including payment, mapping, and communications providers. Those services are governed by their providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

We may receive commissions or other compensation from suppliers whose services we recommend or book on your behalf. The amount of compensation can vary by supplier.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect, use, and share personal information and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

By creating an account or submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically about your account, inquiries, proposals, and bookings, and that these communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. We send marketing emails only where you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Any text-messaging program will be offered under separate terms and with your separate consent.

If you receive or access personal information about other people through the Platform, you agree to protect it and use it only for the travel arrangements concerned.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WANDR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-assisted content will be accurate or complete.

We do not represent that travel to any destination is free of risk. You are responsible for reviewing government travel advisories, entry requirements, and health guidance for your destinations, as further described in our Booking Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WANDR's total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to direct damages not exceeding $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Liability relating to a confirmed booking is governed by our Booking Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBM Ventures Group LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, your Submissions, or misuse of your account. This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request deletion of your account under Section 2.

Sections 5 (Limitations), 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, and 19, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, will survive termination.

We may modify or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice, such as by email to the address on your account or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Revised Terms do not apply to disputes that arose before they took effect. Confirmed bookings remain governed by the Booking Conditions in effect when the booking was made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@wandrtrvl.com. We will try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

JBM Ventures Group LLC, doing business as WANDR TRVL, is registered as a seller of travel in California (CST #2165392) and Washington (registration #606280070). Registrations in Florida and Hawaii are pending. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Current registration status is also shown in our Booking Conditions.

These Terms, together with our Booking Conditions and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or to an affiliate; you may not assign them without our written consent. These Terms do not give rights to any third party. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in operating the Platform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
