Every package includes accommodation, ground transportation, curated experiences, and 24/7 in-trip support. Flights are typically arranged separately but can be bundled on request. Visa guidance, travel insurance recommendations, and a detailed pre-departure briefing are included across all tiers. We're explicit upfront about what's in and out — no surprise costs.
We offer a tiered cancellation policy based on how far in advance you cancel. Cancellations 90+ days before departure receive a full refund minus the deposit. Between 30–89 days, a 50% refund applies. Within 30 days, the booking is generally non-refundable, though credits toward a future trip can be arranged in extenuating circumstances. We strongly recommend travel insurance — we can connect you with trusted providers.

Single supplement fees are avoided wherever possible through smart accommodation sourcing.
